Analog/Mixed-Signal Research Group

High-Speed I/O, Embedded Machine Learning, Data Converters

In AMSG, we focus on analog/mixed-signal integrated circuit (IC) design, with an emphasis on high-speed wireline, mixed-signal-based embedded machine learning, and cryogenic CMOS-based circuits.

Research

State -of-art research on all areas of AMS IC design, from high-speed wireline links, data converters, up to embedded machine learning.

Development

Developement of proof-of-concepts based on novel circuit desgin techniques, using CMOS and beyond-CMOS technologies.

Fabrication

All our projects involve the fabrication of a proof-of-concept and experimental demonstration.
